Some Praise for Waiting...

"We saw this last night - it's the first musical I believe I've attended since Les Misérables, over two decades ago. It was lovely. The story touches a deep vein of human beauty and struggle, the cast and characters are exceptional (and exceptionally human), the music has a potency and power that pulled me into the journey with a poignant, intimate sensitivity. I highly recommend this - it shows two more evenings (this Fri and Sat)."
"I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was.  I'm never really sure what to expect with things like that, so I try and manage my expectations but you blew them away.  The music, the story, and everything else were all truly emotional and introspective, touching on so many aspects of our lives.  You should be very proud and I am truly happy for you."
"Thursday, I saw Michael O'Dell's 'Waiting...'; fun staging, inspiring lyrics, voices, music, esp. the finale--goosebumpy (Friday and Saturday, FBC, 7:30 pm)."
"Tonight I saw a show that made me love music theater. The music and story are amazing, and the cast and musicians brought a wonderful new piece to life. Go see it!!! "Waiting" plays tomorrow and Saturday, 7:30 at First Baptist Church in Boulder."
"I am in awe of what you created, and in such a short time.  The music was terrific, and it was great to see you at the piano.   ... for me it was kind of like opera when you are moved by the music they're making.    And I was moved.  I especially liked Lillie Jayne's acting.  And there was a lot of humor and sharp social observation."
"Hugs and wow, was your musical score so talented and right on!"
"I saw a little bit of myself in every character."
